These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zoo Voice.AI website, demo request forms, content, and related online materials (collectively, the "Website").

"Zoo Voice.AI," "Zoo Voice," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of this Website.

Paid services, production deployments, implementation work, data processing terms, service levels, pricing, and support obligations are governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, order form, or other signed contract. If a written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement controls for the covered services.

Acceptance Of These Terms

By accessing the Website, submitting a demo request, or using Website materials, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Website Use

You may use the Website for lawful business purposes, including learning about Zoo Voice.AI, reviewing content, listening to publicly available demos, and requesting information. You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, data, or network.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Website, servers, security features, or connected infrastructure.
  • Copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract content or data except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
  • Upload, transmit, or submit malicious code, spam, deceptive content, or infringing materials.

Demo Requests

Submitting a demo request does not create a customer relationship, guarantee service availability, reserve pricing, or obligate us to provide a demo or services. We may accept, decline, limit, modify, or discontinue demo access at our discretion.

You represent that information you submit is accurate, that you have authority to submit business information on behalf of the organization identified, and that your submission does not violate the rights of any third party.

AI Demos And Outputs

Zoo Voice.AI may provide AI-generated or AI-assisted demos, call flows, transcripts, summaries, sample scripts, recommendations, or other outputs. These materials are for evaluation and informational purposes. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a specific operational, legal, safety, accessibility, medical, financial, or emergency context.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, approving, and monitoring any AI content, scripts, workflows, disclosures, escalation rules, and guest-facing communications before using them in production. Do not rely on demo outputs as legal, compliance, safety, emergency, veterinary, medical, financial, or professional advice.

Customer Responsibilities

If you evaluate or use Zoo Voice.AI for your organization, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, current, and authorized information for your attraction or business.
  • Reviewing and approving guest-facing content, policies, pricing, hours, offers, and scripts.
  • Maintaining required notices, consents, call recording disclosures, AI disclosures, privacy notices, and opt-out mechanisms.
  • Complying with laws that apply to your guests, callers, staff, members, marketing, communications, recordings, and data.
  • Determining which calls or messages require human review, escalation, emergency handling, or staff intervention.
  • Not submitting sensitive personal information unless necessary and authorized under an applicable written agreement.

Communications, Calls, And SMS

If you provide contact information, we may contact you about your inquiry, demo, account, or services. If you opt in to SMS, message and data rates may apply, message frequency may vary, and you can opt out by replying STOP. You agree not to provide a phone number or email address that you are not authorized to use.

Intellectual Property

The Website, brand assets, designs, copy, logos, graphics, audio examples, demo concepts, workflows, software, prompts, documentation, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for lawful evaluation purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from our materials except as expressly allowed in writing.

Your Submissions

You retain ownership of information you submit, subject to any separate written agreement. You grant us a non-exclusive right to use submitted information to respond to you, prepare demos, provide and improve services, troubleshoot issues, create summaries, and operate our business as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

The Website or demos may reference or integrate with third-party services, including communication providers, AI infrastructure, calendars, CRMs, booking tools, analytics tools, payment systems, and customer systems. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices.

No Warranties

The Website, demo materials, content, and AI outputs are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zoo Voice.AI and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, service interruption, or business interruption arising from or related to the Website, demos, content, or these Terms.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for claims arising from or related to the Website, demos, content, or these Terms will not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us for Website access, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zoo Voice.AI and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and licensors from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Website, your submissions, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement or misuse of any rights of another person or entity.

Changes And Availability

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Website, content, demos, or these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date shows when these Terms were last revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Courts located in Colorado will have jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms or the Website, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Website or demos at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, misused the Website, or engaged in unlawful or harmful activity.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written permission. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of assets.
